Error Messages Support Page

Error message like 'Where is file aaa.avi' or 'Where is file aaa.exe'

This error is displayed because the computer cannot find the files on the CD-ROM.

Solution: Make sure the CD-ROM is in the CD-ROM drive. Sometimes you have to wait a few moments for the CD-ROM to be recognised, so wait a few moments and then try launching the CD-ROM again. If this does not work, check that the CD-ROM is clean and free from scratches.

If you are still having problems check that your CD-ROM drive is working by putting another CD-ROM in that you know works. If that CD-ROM also does not work there may be a fault with your CD-ROM drive, in which case seek qualified help (if the computer is under guarantee contact your supplier).

Please make sure you have installed the programme to its default location which we specify as the C drive when running the install programme.
