Video Does Not Play

This error is because the computer cannot find the video files on the CD-ROM.

Solution: First make sure that you have the right CD-ROM in the CD-ROM drive, and that it is clean and free from dirt and scratches.

If the above does not work, make sure you have installed the CD-ROM properly. Please see our other help page which discusses this in more detail.

Sign It! plays 'avi' files, which are supported as standard with Windows 95 and 98.

Simple Signs plays 'QuickTime Movies' or 'mov' files. If you do not have a QuickTime player installed on your computer, and have not accepted the Quicktime install option when you first installed 'Simple Signs', just reinstall 'Simple Signs' and the QuickTime installer will start automatically when you run the installer.
